He finds out that people In the village will try to a useless shelter to protect against Cell, raided their village for a while. the person who takes care of Lime is an old martial arts master.

The mayor is working with fellow general cho, now provides for a robot. The mayor is greedy and keeps much of the city the money for themselves.

On the opening day of high security protection Lime demands that Cell. The mayor gets scared and locks in the protection of . The mayor is angry that Lime deceive and invites him to General cho take care of them. the old martial arts master, and tries to stop it. Gohan to help, but the old martial arts master says no, this is the City dwellers struggle, I know that you would win. Gohan saves the captain. General Cho somehow suspicions that the young blonde hair Gohan Goku. Gohan said that he close enough, and he is his son.

General cho escapes from the struggle and the mayor raises and says he will do anything for Gohan. Gohan still a stupid thing by destroying the Shelter with all the money, and shows his power. Gohan calls that if he can do that to the shelter, how will they protect them from the cell.
Then Goku and the martial arts master not tell anyone about Gohans Power, which is now very funny.
